Rooms To Go is seeking a Store Assistant Manager for our Clearance showroom. In this fast-paced, customer-focused environment, you’ll support the Store Manager in driving sales, managing daily operations, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities include supervising sales and warehouse teams, coaching associates on selling and service standards, overseeing merchandising and clearance displays, monitoring inventory flow, and supporting opening/closing and cash handling. You’ll help resolve customer issues, coordinate with delivery and logistics, track performance metrics, and model our culture of teamwork, reliability, and results-driven execution.
