Rare Opportunity: Entry-Level Lube Technician
NorthStar Ford's Quick Lane is currently seeking an Entry-Level Lube Technician to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong mechanical aptitude, a positive attitude, and a commitment to quality work.
The ideal candidate will be dependable, punctual, detail-oriented, and take pride in maintaining a clean and organized work environment. We are willing to train the right individual and provide opportunities for advancement into higher-skilled automotive technician roles.
This is a union position offering competitive hourly pay, with additional earning opportunities through performance-based incentives and production targets.
